Return To Roots Resort 1400 SE County Rd 2506, Butler, MO 64730 From I-49, take Exit 129 for MO-52 East toward Appleton City. After exiting onto Highway 52, your GPS will likely direct you to turn onto County Road 775. While that route will get you to the resort, we recommend continuing past County Road 775 and turning right onto YY Highway instead, as County Road 775 can be pretty rough. Your GPS should automatically reroute from there. From YY Highway, turn right onto County Road 2506. Return To Roots Resort will be on your right in approximately ½ mile. This route keeps your gravel-road driving to only about ½ mile and provides a much smoother trip to the resort. Please follow these directions rather than relying solely on GPS as you approach the property. Detailed gate/access information and your dome-specific check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Rates & Fees — Return To Roots Resort
Enjoy exclusive access to all four of our uniquely themed glamping domes, each featuring a private hot tub, outdoor patio, and fire pit!
Nightly Rates: Rates vary based on the day of the week, season, holidays, and availability. Your total reservation price will be displayed before booking.
Cleaning Fee: A one-time $349 cleaning fee applies to each reservation, covering all four domes.
Pet Fee: Up to two dogs are welcome for a $40 fee per stay. Dogs are permitted inside The Fur Seasons dome only. The other three domes are pet-free accommodations.
Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum applies to reservations including Friday or Saturday nights. Additional minimum stays may apply during holidays.
Payment Schedule: A 50% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund of payments made.
- 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of payments made.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: Nonrefundable.

Checkout: 10:00 AM
Applicable taxes and fees are reflected in your reservation total.
No security deposit is required. Guests remain responsible for documented damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.
