I'd paste everything from “Privacy Policy” through the contact information into that Content block.
Then save it and go back to:
Settings → Advanced → Privacy & Legal
Set Cookie policy popup → Privacy Policy, turn on Privacy consent checkbox, and save.
After that, I think we should build the Terms & Conditions page. That's actually worth doing carefully because we can make it work hand-in-hand with your rental agreement, cancellation/payment policies, hot tubs, damage, pets, occupancy, and direct bookings rather than using some generic Lodgify boilerplate.
